2. Fluorine grinding is applied multiple times on the surface of fluorine materials and iron parts, with an interval of more than 4 hours to ensure that the adhesive is completely dry and the dilution concentration of the adhesive is different for each application;
3. After the welding of the board, Fuyan added a steam vulcanization process, which involves external negative pressure vacuum extraction and internal input of steam positive pressure, promoting a closer fit between the board and the iron parts.

There is a certain amount of spare inventory for consumables such as conventional boards. Iron parts are supplied by a separate iron parts factory of the parent company, ensuring quality while also controlling delivery time.

Most of the fluorine materials used in fluorine research boards are imported from Daikin and Walkar in Japan.
